Appointments: Consultations for Bioidentical Hormone Therapy are $300 and last one hour. During this time a full medical and wellness evaluation will be conducted to determine if bioidentical hormones are appropriate for you. An aesthetic consultation is included in the fee as well. If you are considering an aesthetic procedure your first step will be a consultation with one of our physicians. Based on your skin our physicians can determine which services are right for you. We offer flexible and late hours for your convenience. The fee for the initial consultation is $100, which can later be applied to any cosmetic service. What to expect at check-in: We have scheduled our services allowing the correct time for each treatment. We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes early for all procedures requiring anesthesia. Scheduling All attempts will be made to accommodate requests for a particular procedure date. In order to assure preferred dates, try to allow significant time between consultation with Dr. Akey and requested procedure date. Aesthetic Procedures like Laser Hair Removal, Botox and Restylane® are performed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after 4pm. Massage appointments are made Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Treatments during the evenings and on Saturdays can be arranged by appointment. Cancellation Policy: A scheduled appointment at Ageless Medical Spa reserves the time of our professionals. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without incurring a charge. If you choose to cancel with less notice, we require a charge equaling 50% of the service fee. Late Arrival Policy: A late arrival means a shorter appointment time with no fee adjustment. Payment Policy: We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. For your convenience, we also offer Care Credit, a 3-month interest free finance plan. All unfinished series of treatments expire within six months with no refund.
